Greetings this week from the Nimbin/Byron Bay area of New South Wales. After travelling 7 months through the India, Thailand and Indonesia, it does feel somewhat "culture shock". Prices especially see way out of reach for basic needs. Yet nature is beautiful here as are the many wonderful people, communities and events. We are looking at a possible move either here or New Zealand but it seems like immigration permenent visas are very challenging. If our son and older daugher can find jobs, at least they could come in on work visas. Any suggestions from anyone as well as suggested South Island New Zealand places to visit next, let us know.
